The quality of their work is flawless, John was always on site every day with his crew, everything was always neat and clean, a big plus since we lived in the house during the renovation. John had a plan of attack he shared with us every day so we always knew what to expect. We love the work they did, John is truly a craftsman and takes great pride in his work. Cudos John!!!!

We had a large, unfinished storage room that we wanted to convert into a gym. Not just a room we could throw a treadmill in, mind you, but a genuine, honest-to-goodness, you would pay to be a member, boxing/yoga/weightlifting gym - complete with weights, workout equipment, a movable heavy bag suspended from a ceiling trolley, a speed bag, padded floors, TV & DVD, lockers - and for good measure, a designer bathroom and shower. Basically, we wanted it all. Not only did JM take us from what was barely an idea to reality, they FAR surpassed anything we expected! I wish there was a way to post photos here, because it's impossible to put into words what an amazing job they did! ...and if that isn't enough: John (the owner) was on-sight and leading the work himself EVERY DAY. Better still, they got done ON TIME, and (wait for it....) they stayed ON BUDGET! Not only would we hire JM again, my wife and I agree that we won't hire anyone else. These guys are amazing!!!

John is prompt, neat and a perfectionist. He treats the project as if it is his own home. Very trustworthy as well. He remodeled our small kitchen into something amazing and large as well as 2 bathrooms. John did all of the sketches as well.

We hired John to do a complete remodel of our 2500 sqf Ranch, we had a incomplete set of drawings and lots of ideas, and we were stressed that we really didn't understand much about construction and had even less vision. John brought even more ideas to the table, but he had vision and a lot of practical knowledge. On our first meeting he listened to our thoughts, and ideas, and in about an hour or so he had familiarized himself enough with our drawings and had a real good understanding of what we wanted, he was able to help us understand and visualize our possibilities. We interviewed 2 other contractors, but John's experience and his shared excitement and caring made him stand out from them so we hired him and his team. From the first day on the job he was very professional and neat, his team followed his lead, and they were always on time. He didn't use a lot of subs, most of the work was done by him and his team. The whole project took about 3 months, and he walked us through every idea, question, and concern every step of the way, In the end the house is beautiful from top to bottom, the quality of their work is just amazing. We highly recommend them!!!!!

We recently completed a major multi room renovation which included a new kitchen and den renovation requiring an expansion of our foundation along with removal of exterior and interior walls. Additionally the reno included a new back deck and front portico. We could not be happier with John and the job that he did. What impressed us most with John was his reliability. Over the course of this 4+ month project, John was at our house first thing each and every weekday morning, and had his team there as well. They were professional, courteous and kept the house clean and functional enough that our whole family was able to live in the house while the renovations were taking place. John initially quoted us that the project would take 4 months and they remarkably stuck to that schedule. The end result has been everything that we wanted. We had been looking to renovate a laundry room and an adjacent powder room for several years. The project involved making the laundry room smaller and expanding the powder room to allow for an easy access full shower for an elderly family member with mobility issues. While the available space didn't allow for full ADA shower John Marzano used his decades of experience to plan for maximum use and accessories necessary to meet our needs. John met with us several times and listened to our wants and needs. The workmanship was excellent, the tiling involved large format porcelain tiles for the shower walls that are almost 4" by 4" each. He promised that he would handle it, along with the shower pan, back splash behind the vanity, and the new tile floor. We couldn't be happier, and everyone that has seen it says it's the best tiling work they have ever seen. Same accolades go for the carpentry work, placement of the grab bars and and shower fixtures. His advice was spot on from the planning phase to project completion. In short, we would absolutely use him again and would recommend him with 100% confidence to our friends and family.

He met with us frequently to update progress and include us in the process. He always answered phone calls and texts. He and his crew arrived on time each and everyday.
